With a background in software engineering and an MBA in finance, she’s led enterprise system transformations at organizations like MITRE and the FBI. Her experience streamlining tools for thousands of users inspired a platform built for trades businesses—powerful, intuitive, and ready to scale.

Petar is the architect behind Jobsight’s infrastructure and codebase, bringing over 20 years of hands-on software engineering and systems design experience. A seasoned computer scientist and longtime leader at RIT, he’s built scalable, secure platforms used across industries. His deep technical expertise ensures Jobsight runs fast, reliably, and with the flexibility trades businesses need to grow.

Mark is the inspiration behind Jobsight, a platform born from the real-world challenges he faced as the owner of MicroClimate Mechanical Services, a leading commercial and industrial mechanical contractor in Western New York. With firsthand experience managing complex HVAC/R, plumbing, process piping, and controls projects, Mark saw the need for smarter, more streamlined tools to run a trades business. That insight drove the creation of a software solution that simplifies operations, improves visibility, and empowers contractors to grow with confidence.
